Digital Product Purchase Terms

These Digital Product Purchase Terms apply to ebooks, recipe collections, planners, printables, templates, tags, guides, and other digital products sold by Liz Parker, doing business as It’s Liz Parker.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through ThriveCart, email, a download page, or another identified delivery method. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to compatible software and devices.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use the product for your personal, noncommercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Liz Parker and her licensors.

You May Not

• Share, forward, upload, copy, or distribute the files to another person, group, membership, class, organization, or website.

• Resell, sublicense, translate, adapt, rebrand, or create derivative products for distribution.

• Post the files, complete recipes, printable pages, or substantial excerpts publicly.

• Use the product to train or populate an artificial-intelligence system, commercial database, or competing content library.

• Remove copyright, branding, attribution, or rights notices.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Payment is processed by third-party providers. You authorize the stated charge and are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion, and financial-institution fees.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final once access or download has been provided.

If you experience a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or an unusable or corrupted file, contact lizparker.cs@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace the file, restore delivery, or correct the charge. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Results and Suitability

We do not guarantee a particular cooking, baking, health, nutrition, business, financial, or other result. Ingredient availability, product formulations, skill, equipment, substitutions, and individual circumstances affect outcomes. Review the Recipe, Nutrition, and Wellness Disclaimer before use.

Product Updates and Access

Unless expressly promised on the sales page, a purchase does not include lifetime updates, future editions, coaching, individualized support, or perpetual hosted access. Download and securely store your files after purchase.

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Use

Contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized distribution, or other misuse may result in revoked access and enforcement of available rights.

Third-Party Platforms

ThriveCart, payment processors, file hosts, and email providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate delivery issues.
